Giampaolo and Neena Dorigo opened Via Veneto Trilussa two years ago, on the location of a former bank.   The menu features traditional Italian cuisine, ranging from pastas such as Spaghetti Pescatora to wild game such as elk and antelope, and fish such as oven baked Sea Bass with fresh herbs.  Giampaolo has 30+yrs experience in the restaurant and wine business and uses that expertise in the extensive wine list.

If you're looking for a private room, the bank vault has been converted into a wine room where private dinners are held.    As you walk through the thick steel entryway, your event gains instant cachet and, just like Vegas, what happens in the vault stays in the vault.

Whether you're looking for a glass of Soave with Scallops in their own shell, or a pizza with the family or a hearty steak and an aged Barolo, Via Veneto Trilussa is what you're hungry for.
