Ciao Bella is an independent establishment with hands-on owner/operators Bob and Julie de Korne’ overseeing your dining experience. The restaurant offers a sophisticated yet relaxing environment with a contemporary Italian menu featuring premiere beef; lamb, chicken and seafood dishes rounded out with our pizza and specialty pastas, all prepared in our open display kitchen.
Our Sous Chef, Ryan Nagby is a Riverside native, born at March Airforce Base and raised in Riverside. Ryan moved to Los Angeles to pursue his culinary career. He graduated from Le Cordon Bleu, California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena and went on to the Wolfgang Puck Corporation studying Signature Specialties under Mr. Puck. Ryan continued expanding his knowledge, working for several of the Wolfgang Puck restaurants including Red Seven, Spago, and Loggia. Ryan has now returned to his hometown of Riverside California and is bringing all of his culinary expertise to Ciao Bella Ristorante’.
